About the training

The All About Respect bystander programme aims to empower individuals to become an active bystander and be part of the solution in stopping and preventing harassment in their community.  The training is funded in part by the North Yorkshire Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner.

In this train the trainer session we will cover the bystander intervention training, providing a background to bystander intervention, key research findings on sexual violence in the UK, alongside an overview of how the training can be applied and adapted to other forms of interpersonal violence.  Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of attendance.  The training is open to anyone working with adolescents and young adults, who are keen to find out more about how to tackle sexual harassment in their communities.
