1.0 Purpose of the report
1.1 To ask Chief Executives to identify items of business for LGNYY's meeting on 14 October 2022 and to note the deadline for providing finalised reports for agenda distribution.
2.0 Background
2.1 A meeting of Local Government North Yorkshire and York (LGNYY) is scheduled to be held on Friday 14 October 2022 at 2.30pm via MS Teams. It will be hosted by the County Council and be live-streamed on the County Council’s website.
3.0 Issues for Consideration
3.1 Chief Executives are asked to identify items of business for LGNYY’s meeting on 14 October. Business currently identified is listed below:-

4.0 Report Deadline
4.1 Finalised reports, for consideration by LGNYY on 14 October, should be emailed to ruth.gladstone@northyorks.gov.uk by 5pm on Tuesday 4 October 2022.
5.0 Recommendations
