1 Purpose of the Report
1.1 To ask Chief Executives to identify business for LGNYY’s next meeting and note the deadline for providing finalised reports for Agenda distribution.
2 Background
2.1 Local Government North Yorkshire and York (LGNYY) meets on Friday 6 March 2020 at 10.30am at Craven District Council offices, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton.
3 Issues for Consideration
3.1 Chief Executives are asked to identify business for LGNYY’s meeting on 6 March. Business currently identified is listed below:- (a) LEP Update from James Farrar. (b) General Updates, to include reports of recent meetings of the thematic boards and outside bodies. Emails asking for text for this report are being sent to Mary Weastell, Ian Stokes and Neil Irving, and to Cllrs Smalley, Lee and Arnold in respect of the European Structural and Investment Funds Sub-Committee.
4 Report Deadline
4.1 Finalised reports, for consideration at LGNYY’s next meeting, should be emailed to ruth.gladstone@northyorks.gov.uk by Tuesday 25 February 2020.
5 Recommendations
5.1 That Chief Executives identify business for LGNYY’s meeting.
