1 Purpose of the report
To ask Chief Executives to identify business for LGNYY's meeting on 15 October 2021 and to note the deadline for providing finalised reports for agenda distribution.
2. Background
2.1 A virtual meeting of Local Government North Yorkshire and York (LGNYY) will be held on Friday 15 October 2021 at 2.30pm. Arrangements will be made to live-stream the meeting.
3. Issues for consideration
3.1 Chief Executives are asked to identify business for LGNYY’s meeting. Business currently identified is listed below:-

4. Report deadline
4.1 Finalised reports, for consideration by LGNYY on 15 October, should be emailed to ruth.gladstone@northyorks.gov.uk by 5pm on Tuesday 5 October 2021.
5. Recommendations
5.1 The Chief Executives identify business for LGNYY's meeting
