You might have heard that saying before.
Everyone needs money.
We get money from different places, usually by working and getting paid or from benefits if we can’t work.
Benefits are paid by the government and the amount people get will depend on their circumstances.
The money you get will usually be paid into your bank account.
The money you are paid needs to be used for different things.
This can include rent, household bills or board if you live with your parents, and money for things you enjoy.
Some people need help to look after their money and make sure their bills are paid.
